Google Reader feed list import failed to import anything

I use 2-step authentication on my Google account.
It seems you can't import my feeds - I have an empty list.

Hi, I apologize for any inconvenience. I don't think the 2-step authentication is causing the problem. Most likely, it is some other problem from our end. I've sent the issue over to the developers and they are taking a look now. I'll email you as soon as I know more. Thanks for your patience!

I am trying to import opml file from newsblur, there seems to be no problem inside, but flowreader wont accept it

Page stays blank

After i added some feeds the page stays blank... i dont see anything exept the Post new button. And that one does not even work.

Hi Tobas, Sorry for the issue! We are aware of the problem and trying to get it fixed. Some users have been experiencing delayed imports as a result of a huge spike in traffic yesterday. Thanks for your patience!

Sometimes I want to stop reading some feed, but I don't want to delete it, because I might want to read it again in future.

Cannot add some RSS feeds, which works in feedly :( Problem is in non-valid RSS feeds.

Im moving from feedly. Some RSS which works in feedly, cannot be added to FlowReader. I tested validity of this RSSs, and problem occurres on non-valid RSS feeds. For example www.czechcrunch.cz/feed/.

Hi Jiri, 

That's great news - we're glad to have you :)! We took a look, and it seems that our library isn't able to process certain non-valid RSS feeds that other libraries (such as Feedly's) are able to. 

The development team is going to see if they can make our library more tolerant so that they work in our service. I've also contacted Czech Crunch directly to see if they can fix their feed.

nothing is showong up in my home or other areas

Nothing is showing up in my home , social or reader views. I have added all my accounts and they all show up in the settings as beinger there and the feeds say I have 125 but no info is deisplaying on the /items page at all.

Facebook and twitter update problem

It's a bit weird and the exact behavior differs case from case. But the updates are downloaded very rarely and sometimes are not downloaded at all. The manual button doesn't work either.

One case is as follows:
When I log out and log in, after about five minutes the updates downloads. Next download of updates is about an hour later and nothing more (not even after next two hours). I must log out and log in again and wait about five minutes to get new items.

Simply display feeds in collapsible list under headings on the left?

Any way to just show a collapsible list of feeds under the headings on the left, rather then the multi-column pop-over, a la google reader? Otherwise, great work!

Right to left texts isn't supported!!!

All of the RTL texts is showing in LTR direction!!!

UPDATE: After a lot of discussion, the team has decided that it's not the right time for us to add support for right to left texts. However, it's something we'd like to consider for the future and it's definitely not off the table.
