Duplicate Tweets
From time to time it happens that tweets to duplicated in the reader. Here is an example:
facebook notices show up in my feed, even though I have not configured facebook in Flow Reader.

Thanks for your message and I apologize for the inconvenience! This problem is actually related to the duplicated feeds issue that you saw yesterday. It seems that some of our feeds are duplicating and being pushed to the wrong account. Our developers have been working on it all morning and we hope to have it fixed as soon as possible! Nefunguje to ani když vyberu konkrétní zdroj ze složky.

Flowreader doesn't update
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues, and I'll do my best to help you figure out what the problem is. I've passed on your report to the team for them to check out to make sure it's not a bug.
In the meantime, have you tried the manual refresh button? It's located at the top of the page to the left of the "New Status" button. This should refresh your feeds when you are signed in.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.
How do you Create Categories?
I have not found a way of managing the categories listed on the left panel. Only thing I can think of is to delete all my subscriptions and reimport from Google Reader (just redoing the import does not seem to work).
Hi Kevin, Thanks for the comment! Right now, we don't support creating your own categories. However, it is planned for an upcoming release, and we're hoping to have it ready for users by next week!
Writing middle-eastern languages support!!
That being said, this is definitely something we'd like to be able to implement in the future! We're marking it has declined, but a better way to phrase it would be "Not Now".
