How much time it takes to update feed in flowreader ?

Nezobrazují se mi žádné zprávy ve "složkách" (OS X 10.8, Safari i Chrome).

Nefunguje to ani když vyberu konkrétní zdroj ze složky.

UPDATE: This problem should be solved now. You should be able to view RSS feeds and any social media account feeds now. Please contact me at elle@wikidi.com if you are still experiencing issues. Thanks for your patience!

Flowreader does not update constantly - only by logout and sign in, new content will appear? Any suggestions, what to do?

Hi Mannheimer,
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues, and I'll do my best to help you figure out what the problem is. I've passed on your report to the team for them to check out to make sure it's not a bug.

In the meantime, have you tried the manual refresh button? It's located at the top of the page to the left of the "New Status" button. This should refresh your feeds when you are signed in.

How do you Create Categories?

I have not found a way of managing the categories listed on the left panel. Only thing I can think of is to delete all my subscriptions and reimport from Google Reader (just redoing the import does not seem to work).

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the comment! Right now, we don't support creating your own categories. However, it is planned for an upcoming release, and we're hoping to have it ready for users by next week!

Writing middle-eastern languages support!!

Any support for East-Asian languages to write from right to left? And when is it possible?

After a lot of discussion, the team has decided that it's not the right time for us to add support for writing or reading from right to left.

That being said, this is definitely something we'd like to be able to implement in the future! We're marking it has declined, but a better way to phrase it would be "Not Now".
