How can I disconnect my connected account and delete my account?

Answer
Hi Marios - Thanks for the message! The ability to remove single accounts or delete your account will be available in an upcoming release. Thanks for your patience and have a great day!

UPDATE: You can now remove single social media accounts or delete your account in the settings page.

Note*
Full account deletion is only possible right now if you created your FlowReader account with Facebook or Twitter verification.

If you created your account using Google and would like us to manually delete your account, please feel free to contact us info@flowreader.com or send us a private message on our forum.

It is really nice to be able to sort some feeds from old to new (such as comics which tend to tell a story in chronological order) while still keeping other feeds sorted by new to old.

Answer
UPDATE: Sort Oldest to Newest has been approved and is in design. Thanks!

Please provide me the name of the Android app of Flowreader. The one I downloaded seems to be not the original Android app.

I like to read my feeds oldest to newest, with only the unread items. Please add this. Thank you.

Answer
Thanks for the suggestion Isaac!

UPDATE: This has been approved, however this will be 2 separate options. Read | Unread  and  Oldest | Newest. It is currently in development. Thanks!

I have a lot of categories or folders for my feeds. I can't see all of them (no way to scroll down). Using Firefox 21.0

Answer

Thanks Susan! We're aware of the issue and working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

UPDATE: A scroll has been added on the left side for categories :)

I just realized all traffic on this site is sent over HTTP. Since this is a security risk it would really be appreciated if you could send all traffic over HTTPS.

Answer

Hi Robert! That's a great point - I've put it at the top of the list for discussion today! :) Thanks again for your great suggestions and feedback. We really appreciate it!

I've authorised Facebook and Google Reader accounts and also Twitter account. Twitter is the only one feed I see. Facebook and Reader feeds/pages are empty.

Answer

Hi Ludek, Sorry for the delay! We are experiencing some issues as a result of increased traffic yesterday, and some users are still experiencing delays with the imports. The development team is working hard to get it fixed - thanks for your patience!

Please add a manual refresh button, and also please add a setting for the auto refresh rate/or instant live streaming.

Also, any plans for a smartphone app??
