how can i publish ?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you own a website/blog and are trying to add it to Flowreader under specific recommended sections? This isn't possible at the moment. 

I own two websites - Vroom Head and Vroom Head. My question is if I can publish the content on flowreader through RSS and generate more pageviews?

Thanks for explaining. At the moment, we don't allow business owners to add their own pages under the sections, as this could lead to a lot of spam. We add sites manually and only do so for major websites/companies.
