Hey there,

Hope you're well! I wanted to ask you again if you could send me your User ID from FlowReader: http://flowreader.com/user/info? Also, if you have time, could you also send us a screenshot of the connected apps from your Twitter account? We haven't been able to recreate the same problem, so it would be really helpful for the development team.

Thanks!
Elle
From about 10am is all ok, and older items was fetched ok. Only for few hours flowreader didn't fetch new item.

Now it seems to be ok.
Awesome! I was just told all the items that weren't fetched during the outage are now available and should be in your reader :).

Many thanks again,

Hi Jiri,

Sorry about the inconvenience! We experienced an outage and working on getting it fixed.

All current new items should be available now, and we are working on getting any new items from last night and this morning.

Thank you again for letting me know and for your patience!

Dear Elle,

I'm having this problem with my reddit feed on Flowreader. It's 2 and 3 hours old in Flowreader, but on my reddit homepage I see it being updated several times per minute. I tried deleting and re-adding my reddit rss feed in Flowreader, but it didn't help.

I'm not sure if it's one of these:
1) it's not updating reddit
2) it's not loading all of my subreddits, but only some of them (and those subreddits that are loaded are ones that have fewer posts, so their newest posts are a few hours old).

The others (twitter and feedly imports) are working well in flowreader.

Thank you for any help you could give. I'll check again tomorrow in case it was just a temporary glitch.
P.S. I'm on Mac OS X 10.8.5 and (up to date) Chrome.

Also, another thing I noticed is that, every time I sign into Flowreader from Twitter, it asks me to reauthorize the app in Twitter--even if I just log out of Flowreader and then back in direclty. Then when I go into Twitter settings there are now 10+ Flowreader apps listed. It's fine for me, but I thought to mention it since I didn't see it in the forums.
Hey there!

Thanks so much for reporting this to us. I've passed both of these issues onto the development team to take a look at and will let you know as soon as I know more.

Could I just ask you if you happened to check back and notice the same glitch?

Have a great day,
Elle
P.S. Could you also send me your User ID from FlowReader? You can find it here: http://flowreader.com/user/info
