Sorry to hear you're having problems and for any inconvenience! This issue appears to be a bug in our interface, and the team is working to solve it.
In the meantime, you could try zooming your page out and moving feeds this way. I know it's not ideal, but only thing I can think to help you get all those feeds into the right place :)

Thanks very much for the feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I have forwarded your info to the team, and I will contact you as soon as your account has been removed.
Complete account removal is currently in production and should be available soon. Our team ran into some performance issues that slowed down our ability to deal with UserEcho requests. However, we've resolved those issues, so now we're able to get back to covering the suggestions and requests from this forum.
In regards to the OPML issue, this was a known bug, but it has been fixed and should work correctly now.
